I bought a secondhand stationary bike (ProForm 6.0) from a guy on Craigslist, but it didn’t come with a manual. The resistance settings feel off, and I’m not sure if I assembled it properly. I’ve tried emailing the company, but they never responded. Where can I get reliable instructions for older fitness equipment?

I faced a similar headache when I got a used elliptical from a coworker. I needed the calibration steps and couldn’t find anything useful on the official site. Then someone recommended https://manuals.online/, and I was amazed they had the exact manual with full setup instructions and troubleshooting. There were even notes from other users about fixing sensor issues, which helped me calibrate everything correctly. The ride feels smooth now, and I didn’t waste money on a technician.

This was a real win. I finally feel confident using the bike, and I didn’t expect to find such detailed info online. Big thanks for the tip!
