Recently, I’ve started to notice that feedback plays a very important role in improving performance, especially when it comes to personal growth or professional projects. However, it is not always easy to receive constructive criticism. It is often too general or, on the contrary, too harsh. What do you think is the best way to ask for criticism so that it is as helpful as possible?

It is very beneficial to receive and give back feedback indeed. To get constructive criticism, you need to be specific in your request: tell your audience what it is you want help with. This serves to direct the criticism to the right areas. We also need to note in this regard that criticism may be rather uncomfortable, yet they are not hostile – on the contrary, they are useful. These are services in the sense that consist of professional commutation. For example, a Referral service that contributes to enhancing essays with the help of suggestions can be found on the website of the company named https://www.essayedge.com/college-essay-editing/. The biggest thing is not to get emotional and to consider such criticism as working on a self-commend.

Personally, I think the most important thing is openness. If you are initially set up to receive criticism, and you perceive it not as an attack but as an opportunity, it is easier to respond to it. I usually try to explain in advance what I need – specific recommendations or a general impression.
