    I believe a good CRM for auto transport must include real-time load tracking, automated follow-ups, smooth dispatch coordination, and clear performance analytics. The right crm software for transportation companies should keep everything organized without making daily tasks harder. I usually check how well it fits our workflow, how easy it is for the team to use, and whether it helps us handle more work as we grow.
