How Do You Choose the Right Tech Stack for a Hackathon Project?

Hey everyone!

I’m preparing for the upcoming Hackathon and was wondering how you all go about selecting the tech stack for your projects. There are so many options out there—React, Vue, Next.js for front-end, then Node.js, Django, ragdoll hit , Flask, etc., on the back-end.

Do you usually go with what you’re most comfortable with, or do you try to match the stack to the specific challenge or theme of the hackathon?

Also, are there any tech stacks you’d recommend avoiding in a short time-frame like this?
